Apartment rules

You are strongly advised to observe these rules!

Noncompliance with the apartment rules will result in the immediate eviction without a refund of your paid accommodation!

1) In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places, you are strictly forbidden from smoking inside your apartment or out of window! Smoking is allowed in the specifically designated places only!

2) In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Silence, you are strictly forbidden from making noise, inside your apartment or the building's entrance or in the courtyard, between 23:00 and 09:00. During these hours, you are FORBIDDEN from playing loud music, yelling, making noise or otherwise disturbing your neighbors. If we receive a complaint from your neighbors, you will be IMMEDIATELY evicted without advance notice and without a refund of your paid accommodation!

3) No walking around naked or in underwear outside your apartment!

4) No sexual acts in public areas!

5) Do not throw garbage out of windows!

6) Do not clean your footwear with towels! Use special wipes.
